To my valued customers please know that this is the busy season and gutter cleaning is a business of the unknown. It is very difficult to schedule. Some houses take an hour and some houses take a day. We never know until we put our ladder up on the gutter and look inside. This means that we have to quite often move our schedule around. It is also extremely hot and that slows us down. Weather dictates our schedule a lot. With all these variables working against us it's almost impossible to schedule your gutter cleaning In fact scheduling hasn't worked out for us at all this year. Groupon customers we we thank you very much for choosing our service and you have indeed chosen the right ones. Nobody does a job we do and certainly not for the price. But please know even though you have purchased our voucher we do not receive money until around 2 weeks after you redeem your voucher. So we're not just out here running around with your money and not doing your job. It benefits us all the more to get to you and as quickly as possible otherwise we don't get paid. All that being said, a majority of our customers are not home when we do the gutter cleaning. You don't have to be home so please don't take time off work or change your plans or anything other than because we may not make it to you that day. However the day that we do come we will present you with detailed photos of the completed job via text message so that you can see if the job was done to satisfaction. Then and only then will you redeem your voucher code. Approximately 2 weeks after that we will receive payment for your job. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this way bring. But industries are short-handed nationwide. And we are all fighting the heat out here.
